Job Summary
Vendor Paid Merchandise Selling Support Colleagues assist customers with product selection, maintain selling floor presentations, and uphold merchandise standards for the represented brand; act as product experts for the vendor funding the role, aiming to deliver a memorable customer experience and keep the environment neat, clean, and organized. Responsibilities include leveraging product knowledge to educate customers, ensuring sizes/colors/styles are available, promoting events and merchandise assortments, preparing fitting rooms, and meeting department goals by executing Macy’s initiatives; collaborate with vendors and store leadership to drive sales and events, while adhering to safety policies and delivering exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
