Job Summary

Responsibilities include applying cosmetics for various occasions, maintaining product knowledge, reinforcing application techniques through refresher courses and seasonal workshops, building lasting customer and retailer relationships, supporting team goals by facilitating bookings and filling open appointments, and working across multiple locations during peak store hours. Requires cosmetics artistry experience, strong selling skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, ownership and initiative, and ability to operate in a multi-location, part-time freelance capacity (20 hours/month).
Required Qualifications
- Previous Cosmetics artistry experience required.
- Superior selling skills with the ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to work out of multiple locations during store peak hours.
- Must be available 20 hours per month
