Job Summary
Lead a team of associates at Staples to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and uphold store standards. Serve as a keyholder on duty, guide training and development, supervise operational tasks including timekeeping and payroll, and promote health & safety and loss prevention while coaching others to adopt a customer-first selling culture and achieve sales targets.
Required Qualifications
