Retail Sales Supervisor

Oversee daily sales operations in an auto salvage yard, maintaining 85% sales floor presence to engage customers, model selling behaviors, and drive results. Recruit, hire, train, and schedule personnel while conducting weekly team meetings to reinforce culture and review performance metrics. Validate customer receipts, perform cash verification, and complete register countdowns to ensure strict compliance with financial procedures. Lead resolution of employee and customer issues by enforcing policies and escalating concerns as necessary. Ensure assigned areas remain clean and organized, promoting a safe environment where all staff adhere to safety standards and wear required PPE. Prepare and analyze sales reports to track progress and identify improvement opportunities. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak days, with physical demands involving standing, walking, lifting up to 40 pounds, and exposure to dust and automotive fluids.
