Job Summary
Drive store sales and ensure customer engagement by styling and wardrobing clients, coaching associates, and managing payroll. Lead the store team as the expert on operations and policies while executing directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing. Represent the brand in all interactions, enforce loss prevention procedures, and assist with financial audits and inventories. Communicate with management on employee relations and compliance matters to set personal skill development goals. Requires 2+ years in specialty retail with 1 year of supervisory experience, weekend and night shifts, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience and at least 1 year of supervisor experience
- Strong leadership ability
- Strong time management skills
- Able to meet performance expectations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong problemsolving and decision making skills
- Ability to accurately and efficiently operate cash register while following cash handling procedures
- High level of initiative/self-starter
- Must work weekend and night shifts
- Climb ladders as needed
- Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
