Job Summary
Lead commission-based sales teams in a showroom environment by conducting team huddles, sales drills, and daily operational execution including opening and closing procedures. Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through effective communication and strategy implementation. Requires 3+ years in supervisory sales roles, ability to lift 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods. Required Qualifications
