Job Summary
Lead commission sales teams in a low-pressure showroom environment by coaching staff, conducting huddles, and executing sales drills. Manage operational execution including opening/closing procedures and showroom readiness while driving customer engagement and satisfaction. Apply critical thinking to solve problems and set performance goals for your team. This role requires standing and lifting up to 50 lbs, with a pay of $26.00 per hour plus a potential monthly bonus. You must have at least three years of supervisory experience in retail.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused retail environment
- Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 50 lbs as needed
