Job Summary
Lead commission-based sales teams in a retail showroom by conducting team huddles, sales drills, and coaching sessions to drive customer engagement and satisfaction. Execute sales strategy and manage performance through goal setting, active listening, and problem-solving while overseeing operational execution including showroom readiness and open/close procedures. Develop high-performing staff using technical expertise and behavioral leadership skills within an omni-channel furniture environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused retail environment
- Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 50 lbs as needed
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years in a supervisory or sales leadership role
- Experience managing commission-based teams
