Job Summary
Retail Sales Supervisor responsible for developing the store sales team to meet revenue and budgeted targets. Lead by example through guest engagement and adherence to the Living Spaces Sales Model. Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling to match guest demand, executing sales-floor leadership and guest-engagement leadership, coordinating ongoing development training, enforcing style guide directives, managing daily task completion, addressing guest escalations, using data to assess departmental focus, partnering with Retail Sales Managers to exceed sales goals, and fostering a positive store culture with servant leadership to enhance guest and team experiences. Requires High School Diploma or GED, 5 years retail experience, and 3 years supervisory experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office with Tableau preferred.
Required Qualifications

- 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Tableau experience preferred
