Job Summary
Responsible for developing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and guest engagement, including staffing and scheduling, role modeling the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model, executing sales floor leadership and guest engagement leadership, overseeing ongoing development training, implementing style guide directives, ensuring task completion, addressing escalated guest situations, interpreting data to guide departmental focus, partnering with Retail Sales Managers to meet goals, fostering a positive store culture, and driving initiatives that boost morale while meeting business KPI targets.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment
- Three years of supervisory experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience working with Tableau is preferred
