Job Summary
Drive store sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences by styling and wardrobing clients while building relationships through proactive outreach. Lead the store team by coaching, developing, and motivating associates to achieve maximum productivity under the guidance of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Enforce company policies, manage payroll, and execute directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing to maintain store standards. Ensure Loss Prevention compliance, conduct financial audits and inventories, and represent the brand in all customer and peer interactions. Work weekend and night shifts, standing for entire shifts, and handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and operating cash registers.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience
- at least 1 year of supervisor experience
- Strong leadership ability
- Strong time management skills
- Able to meet performance expectations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to accurately and efficiently operate cash register while following cash handling procedures
- High level of initiative/self-starter
- Must work weekend and night shifts
- Climb ladders as needed
- Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
