Retail Sales Supervisor - Full Time

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, drive sales and exceptional customer experiences, train and develop associates, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Responsible for leading the store team, managing payroll within guidelines, and supporting store-wide directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing. Demonstrates brand embodiment in all customer interactions, maintains loss prevention practices, and participates in staffing, coaching, and client outreach to meet sales goals. Requires strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; ability to operate cash register with proper cash handling; weekend and night shifts; physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Describes expectations for a supervisor with 2+ years in related sales and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a premium/luxury retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience and at least 1 year of supervisor experience
