Job Summary
Drive store sales goals and individual targets by styling and wardrobing customers to deliver exceptional experiences. Lead the store team by coaching associates on sales productivity, enforcing company policies, and managing payroll coverage. Execute directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing while ensuring loss prevention protocols and inventory audits are maintained. Communicate with management on employee relations and compliance matters, representing the brand in all customer and peer interactions. Work weekends and nights, standing for full shifts, and handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and operating cash registers.

- Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
