Retail Sales Supervisor-East Hills

Lead a team to provide exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain operational excellence at the East Hills store. Model and coach the selling model while engaging customers and motivating associates to maximize sales through effective assistance with products and services. Execute communication of flyer and promotional items, partner with store leaders to set and execute sales goals, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning by conducting training on new trends and products. Ensure smooth operations by supervising health and safety, loss prevention, and asset protection standards. As a keyholder, manage the safe opening and closing of the store, handle timekeeping and payroll tasks, and maintain compliance with store policies. This role requires 3+ years of retail sales experience, with direct supervisory experience preferred.
