Job Summary
Oversee daily showroom/store operations and sales performance, coach and develop showroom associates, manage inventory accuracy, ensure adherence to corporate campaigns and procedures, plan and execute product launches, resolve customer issues, set quarterly goals with staff, hire and develop a cohesive team, manage inventories, stay current with product literature and vendor communications, and participate in industry tradeshow or company events as needed; role requires weekend work, lifting up to 80 lbs, and a flexible schedule; strong leadership, communication, planning, and design/color knowledge are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of prior large retail store assistant or department management experience
- Positive attitude
- Excellent Computer skills
- Excellent and professional phone skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team
- Excellent understanding of design and color
- Work on the weekends
- Possess a flexible work schedule
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Drivers License (must provide current MVR)
