Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations and sales at the showroom, lead a team of showroom sales associates, drive sales performance, manage inventory and invoicing, and ensure adherence to corporate marketing campaigns. Plan and execute product launches, train and coach staff to meet branch goals, resolve client issues per corporate procedures, coordinate quarterly goals, and participate in industry tradeshows and events as needed. Focus on delivering exceptional customer experience, maintaining inventory accuracy, and promoting Bedrosians products and services. Maintain strong communication, organizational and leadership skills to lead a cohesive team and support branch profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of prior large retail store assistant or department management experience
