Job Summary
Provide confident, honest feedback to help customers choose pieces that complement their style and add value to their wardrobe. Create connections through in-store interactions and digital tools to inspire customers, share curated looks, and keep them engaged. Drive predictable sales through outreach and appointment-setting during event and non-event periods. Follow up after purchases, share new arrivals, and introduce customers to the Nordy Club. Maintain a clean, organized space and sell across all departments while gaining exposure to new styles. Complete Nordstrom's comprehensive training program to access emerging trends, product knowledge, and digital engagement strategies.
Required Qualifications

- Styling and wardrobe knowledge: You understand your customer's overall wardrobe and style, with the ability to organize, follow up, and advise on pieces to complete their look

- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
