Job Summary
Provide excellent customer care and product advice in VPZ's vape-retailer environment; drive retail sales, maintain stock levels, and enhance customer retention through consistently high-quality service. Support the store manager and team in day-to-day operations, with flexibility for additional hours and overtime as business needs require. Compensation includes base rate plus commission; includes staff discounts and career progression opportunities. Must be legally permitted to work in the UK and be 18+ with successful pre-employment screening.
Required Qualifications
- Retail sales experience in a customer-facing environment (preferred)
- Legally permitted to work in the UK
- Applicants must be 18 years or older
Additional Requirements
- Right-to-work checks as per UK legislation
- 20 hours per week contractual requirement
