Job Summary
Promote and sell Spectrum's portfolio of products and services to existing and new customers while enhancing the customer experience and fostering exceptional care. Identify sales opportunities through product support and education, building positive relationships by overcoming objections and reselling value. Maintain knowledge of pricing, promotions, and visual standards to minimize product losses, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere with effective communication and issue resolution. Handle cash transactions, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to policies in a fast-paced retail environment requiring flexible scheduling and physical stamina.
Required Qualifications
- ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions
- High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- ability to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively
- Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments
- Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment
- Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing
