Job Summary
Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals by identifying opportunities and educating clients on Spectrum products. Build positive relationships through effective listening and objection handling, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere with clean retail standards and policy adherence. Maintain knowledge of pricing, promotions, and visual standards to minimize product losses while resolving issues and participating in training. Proficiency in cash handling, personal technology, and computer applications is required, along with strong communication skills for in-person, phone, and written interactions. This role offers $18.00/hour base pay with commission potential and requires a flexible schedule in a moderately noisy environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions
- High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively
- Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments
- Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment
- Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing
- Highly effective interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization
