Job Summary
Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals by identifying opportunities, providing product education, and building relationships that overcome objections. Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, and visual standards to minimize losses, while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere through clean retail practices, policy adherence, and issue resolution. Proficiency in cash handling, personal technology, and computer applications is required alongside strong communication skills for interacting with customers and employees in person, on the phone, and in writing. This part-time role offers a base pay of $18/hour plus commission and incentives, with flexible scheduling and physical demands including lifting up to 35 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
- High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
- Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
- Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
- Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization.
- Self-motivated, competitive spirit with a desire to exceed sales goals.
