Job Summary
Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals by identifying opportunities and educating clients on Spectrum products. Build positive relationships through effective listening, objection handling, and reselling product value. Maintain knowledge of pricing, promotions, and visual standards while ensuring a clean retail atmosphere and adhering to policies. Handle cash transactions, operate mobile devices, and resolve issues in a moderately noisy environment. Requires a flexible schedule, physical stamina for lifting up to 35 lbs., and a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions
- High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively
- Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments
- Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment
