Job Summary
Promote and sell Spectrum's portfolio of products and services to existing and new customers while enhancing the customer experience. Identify sales opportunities through product support and education, building positive relationships by overcoming objections and reselling value. Maintain knowledge of pricing, promotions, and visual standards to minimize product losses, ensuring a clean retail environment with effective communication and issue resolution. Participate in training programs and adhere to policies in a moderately noisy setting requiring physical stamina for lifting up to 35 lbs. and prolonged standing. Earn $22.00/hour base pay with commission potential and enjoy free internet and TV. High school diploma required with proficiency in cash handling and personal technology.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions
- High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively
- Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments
- Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment
- Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing
