Job Summary
Promote and sell Spectrum's portfolio of products and services to existing and new customers while enhancing the customer experience and fostering exceptional care. Identify sales opportunities through product support and education, building positive relationships by overcoming objections and reselling value. Maintain knowledge of pricing, promotions, and visual standards to minimize product losses, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere with clean retail operations and effective issue resolution. Handle cash transactions accurately and utilize personal technology and video platforms to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requires a high school diploma, proficiency in English, and physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs. with a flexible schedule and regular attendance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
- High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
- Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
- Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
- Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization.
