Retail Sales Specialist (full-time/part-time)

Deliver an exceptional guest experience by executing the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model, driving sales performance through SPH and KPIs, and ensuring high guest satisfaction as measured by surveys. Maintain showroom Visual Merchandising Standards and assist with furniture assembly and preparation per company guidelines. Analyze daily sales results, collaborate with leadership on behavioral expectations, and develop proficiency plans using sales reporting tools. Promote a positive, guest-focused store culture aligned with revenue objectives and brand standards. Execute style guide directives, oversee merchandising and labeling, and complete Sales Merchandising Fundamentals on the showroom floor. Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with asset protection and loss prevention standards. Utilize company systems and processes to support store operations and overall guest experience.
