Job Summary
Deliver exceptional guest experience by executing the Living Spaces guest engagement model and driving sales performance through targeted SPH and KPIs. Maintain showroom visual merchandising standards, oversee style-guide-driven merchandising and labeling, ensure inventory accuracy and loss prevention, assist with furniture assembly, and utilize company systems to support store operations. Analyze daily sales results, partner with leadership on behavioral expectations, and develop monthly proficiency plans using sales reporting tools. Contribute to a positive, guest-focused store culture that aligns with brand standards and company objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Retail experience in direct customer interactive environment preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
