Job Summary
Drive sales performance against targeted SPH (Sales Per Hour) and company KPIs while achieving high levels of guest satisfaction as measured by survey results. Analyze daily sales results, partner with leadership on behavioral expectations, and develop monthly proficiency plans using company sales reporting tools. Maintain showroom Visual Merchandising Standards, execute style guide directives, and oversee merchandising and labeling to create an inviting environment. Ensure inventory accuracy, comply with asset protection standards, and assist with furniture assembly. Promote a positive, guest-focused store culture that supports revenue objectives and brand standards. Full-time or part-time roles with a hiring range of $17.70 - $23.00.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in Microsoft Office programs

- At least one (1) year of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment
- High volume experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
