Deliver a best-in-class luxury experience by providing warm welcomes and supporting clients throughout the shopping journey. Manage daily operations by adhering to inventory guidelines, maintaining visual standards, and executing opening and closing procedures. Support store functions by answering phones, assisting with BOPUS and returns, and helping customers locate specific items. Achieve set sales goals through proactive clienteling and relationship building. This position begins at $17.50/hour in Scottsdale, AZ, with uncapped commission eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive customer service experience in the retail space
- Sales experience
- Proven ability to build strong and long lasting customer relationships
- Basic knowledge of high-end luxury handbags and accessories
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
