Job Summary
Greet customers, assist with product selection, and process sales transactions including cash and credit card payments. Maintain knowledge of promotions and policies while restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and keeping the sales floor clean and safe. Participate in inventory counts, stock receiving, and product tagging as needed. This role offers a starting pay of $18.00/hour plus uncapped commission at the One Paseo location. Flexible shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and apple products
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the sales floor
- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to problem solve
- Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to learn
