Job Summary
Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals by identifying opportunities, providing product education, and building relationships that overcome objections. Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions, and visual standards to minimize losses, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere with clean retail standards and effective communication. Resolve issues, adhere to policies, and participate in training programs while handling cash transactions and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires bilingual Spanish proficiency, a high school diploma, and physical stamina for lifting up to 35 lbs. and prolonged standing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
- High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
- Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
- Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
- Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization.
- Self-motivated, competitive spirit with a desire to exceed sales goals.
- Positive and professional demeanor, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual: Spanish.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
