Job Summary
Set and achieve daily sales goals for in-store and digital channels using text and social media tools. Build lasting customer relationships by providing personalized style and fit feedback, while cultivating both a digital and physical following. Execute operational tasks including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning to keep the department customer-ready. Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts and leverage networking to drive growth. Maintain continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, handling merchandise that requires lifting up to 25 pounds. This role offers a flexible schedule with potential cross-departmental duties, featuring an hourly wage of $18.80 plus commission ranging from 3% to 14.5% based on merchandise.

- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
