Job Summary
Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using text and social media tools. Build lasting relationships with customers by providing honest feedback on style and fit, while growing the Nordstrom Rewards program. Cultivate a customer following through effective communication, stocking, re-merchandising, and price markdowns to keep the department ready. Work with the team to fill orders and perform light cleaning. This role requires continuous movement for 6-8 hours, lifting items up to 25 pounds, and occasional cross-departmental duties. Flexible scheduling is required based on business needs.

- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
