Job Summary
In this role, you will be a Wireless DNA Sales Associate serving as the first point of contact for customers, building strong relationships, answering questions, pitching Rogers/Fido devices and plans, and guiding customers to the best solutions. You’ll aim to meet and exceed monthly sales targets by using digital tools, staying up-to-date on promotions, and collaborating with teammates to provide excellent service and resolve issues. A positive attitude, proactive learning, relationship-building, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Required Qualifications
- Past customer service experience
