Job Summary
Open the store, welcome customers, and deliver wireless solutions by building connections and understanding needs through both in-store and phone interactions. Drive sales performance while providing genuine customer care, supported by ongoing training and collaboration to develop long-term career skills. Work a flexible full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to travel approximately 10% and lift 10 pounds as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Telecommunication or wireless sales experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced wireless retail sales position
- Energized by a competitive, goal-driven sales environment where performance is rewarded
- At least a high school diploma
- Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a retail, storefront environment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 10 pounds as needed
- Ability to travel is approximately 10%, based on the needs of the business
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
