Job Summary
Open the store, welcome customers, and deliver wireless solutions by building connections and understanding needs through in-store and phone interactions. Manage sales performance while maintaining genuine customer care, supported by ongoing training and collaboration. Work guaranteed full-time hours in a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays within a retail storefront environment. Lift 10 pounds as needed and travel approximately 10% based on business needs. Required Qualifications
- Telecommunication or wireless sales experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced wireless retail sales position
- Energized by a competitive, goal-driven sales environment where performance is rewarded
- At least a high school diploma
- Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a retail, storefront environment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 10 pounds as needed
- Ability to travel is approximately 10%, based on the needs of the business
