Job Summary
Conduct retail sales and customer service at TCC, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, by opening the store, welcoming customers, and delivering solutions that build trust. Manage in-store and phone interactions to exceed sales performance goals while understanding customer needs. Work a flexible full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with approximately 10% travel based on business requirements. This role offers an uncapped commission structure, generous monthly bonuses, and profit-sharing to drive unlimited earning potential.
Required Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma.
- Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a retail, storefront environment
- Reliable transportation.
- Requires frequent standing and the ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds as needed.
- Ability to travel is approximately 10%, based on the needs of the business.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
