Job Summary
Welcome each customer from opening the store, building connections and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. Manage in-store and phone interactions to create value, supported by ongoing training and collaboration. Drive success through a balance of strong sales performance and genuine customer care, utilizing an uncapped commission structure with monthly and annual profit-sharing bonuses. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment, with approximately 10% travel based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Telecommunication or wireless sales experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced wireless retail sales position
- Energized by a competitive, goal-driven sales environment where performance is rewarded
- At least a high school diploma
- Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a retail, storefront environment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 10 pounds as needed
- Ability to travel is approximately 10%, based on the needs of the business
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
