Job Summary
Retail Tire Sales Representative at a premium OEM automotive dealership in San Antonio, TX. Responsible for engaging customers on the service drive, selling tires to exceed goals, performing quick tire inspections, identifying tire-related issues, recommending service and quoting prices. Builds strong relationships with customers and dealership teams, supports store operations such as inventory, opening/closing, and reporting. Must be a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills and a natural ability to build relationships; prior experience in retail, service, or sales (automotive preferred) and ability to use computer-based tools. Base pay plus target commission, onboarding bonuses, and comprehensive benefits; 5‐day, 40‐hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience, automotive experience preferred
