Job Summary
Retail Sales Representative responsible for plans and activities leading to achievement of sales quotas within the retail channel and geographic territory, managing and growing relationships with key retail partners such as Lowe's and Home Depot. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating retailer product displays and SKUs; monitoring sales performance; fostering strong relationships with store managers and staff; educating key decision makers on product features and brand positioning to drive incremental sales; executing in-store promotions and events; tracking retail metrics and using insights to optimize sales strategies; and ensuring effective communication within the organization. Skills emphasized include self-motivation, competitiveness, resilience, strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
