Job Summary
Inside premium OEM automotive dealership, you will engage customers on the service drive and sell tires to exceed goals, perform tire inspections, identify issues, quote prices, maintain relationships with customers and dealership teams, and support store operations. The role emphasizes explaining products clearly, building rapport, hitting sales targets, and contributing to a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with growth opportunities. Base pay is hourly with commissions and a comprehensive benefits package; 5-day, 40-hour work week with onboarding and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience, automotive experience preferred
- Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills
- A natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts
- Comfortable using computer-based tools and order systems
- Willingness to participate in a comprehensive, fully paid training program
- Ability to explain products and quote prices to customers
- Ability to maintain organization and support store operations
