Engage customers directly on the retail floor to share the benefits of the client's credit card product in a clear, relatable way. Listen to customer needs and guide them toward a product that fits their lifestyle, becoming the in-store expert resource for both customers and store staff. Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations while delivering an outstanding experience from first hello to completed application. Build strong working relationships with store teams across assigned locations and handle customer information with professionalism and confidentiality. Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- A natural connector who is energized by meeting new people and starting conversations
- Comfortable with sales goals and motivated by the challenge of exceeding them
- Strong communicator who listens well and adapts your approach to the customer in front of you
- Professional and discreet when working with sensitive customer information
- Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Access to a vehicle or a valid driver's license
