Job Summary
Deliver superior customer service by answering inquiries, pitching services, and providing device and plan advice while de-escalating issues. Proactively learn new product launches and promotions, then utilize digital tools to interact with customers and meet monthly sales targets. Collaborate with team members to solve problems and communicate process updates, ensuring you maintain a positive attitude and build rapport in a fast-paced environment. Work a varied schedule Monday through Sunday at one of 38 locations across the Greater Toronto area.
Required Qualifications
- demonstrated past customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Can handle challenging feedback and stay self-motivated to achieve results
- Be able to work a varied and flexible schedule (Monday – Sunday)
