Job Summary
Retail Sales Representative at Dealer Tire in Fremont, CA: sell tires to customers on the service drive to exceed sales goals, inspect customers’ cars, diagnose tire-related problems, quote prices, and ensure repairs are completed as quoted. Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealer personnel, oversee customer satisfaction, assist in store operations, and perform monthly market analyses. Requires 2+ years of tire service experience, excellent customer service, MS Office/order-management skills, ability to operate a vehicle, and the physical ability to stand most of the day and lift up to 75 pounds. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of tire service experience
- excellent verbal communication skills and strong customer service orientation
- proficient computer skills including MS Office and online order management applications
- ability to operate a motor vehicle
- must meet Dealer Tire’s Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Fleet Policy
- physical ability to stand for 7-8 hours and inspect 80-100 vehicles per day, lift up to 75 pounds
