Sell Metro by T-Mobile wireless plans, phones, and accessories to new and existing customers while meeting monthly individual sales targets. Deliver friendly, professional customer service to English and Spanish speaking clients, processing payments, upgrades, and account changes accurately. Stay current on the latest devices, promotions, and plan options while helping keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready. Full-time and part-time positions available with base pay of $15.00 - $26.00/hr and weekly incentive payouts. No experience required; full paid training provided with a clear path to management.
