Job Summary
Retail Sales Representative responsible for assisting retail clients and industry professionals, promoting Bedrosians product lines, educating customers on design and product installation, entering and following up on orders, upselling where possible, maintaining a neat showroom and sample department, meeting monthly sales quotas, and collaborating in a team-oriented environment. Requires strong customer service, design/product knowledge, English communication, and flexibility; Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- College Degree or equivalent Design Degree preferred
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience
- Excellent Computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive-willing to take the extra step!
- Possess a flexible work schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Prior experience in the tile and stone industry is a plus
- Design experience is a plus
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
