Job Summary
Retail Sales Representative at Bedrosians, responsible for greeting and assisting clients, promoting the Bedrosians product line, educating customers on product design and installation, entering and following up on orders, managing back-orders and invoicing, maintaining an organized showroom and inventory, building relationships with industry professionals, meeting monthly sales quotas, and collaborating with the branch team to achieve the sales plan. The role involves upselling clients, delivering excellent customer service, supporting cross-functional duties in smaller locations, and leveraging product knowledge and design expertise to tailor solutions for clients. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; prior tile/stone industry experience and design experience are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- College Degree or equivalent Design Degree preferred
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Positive attitude
- Excellent Computer skills
- Excellent and professional phone skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive-willing to take the extra step!
- Excellent understanding of design and color
- Possess a flexible work schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Prior experience in the tile and stone industry is a plus
- Design experience is a plus
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
