Job Summary
Welcome customers and politely offer solutions while engaging them about NRG electricity and gas services. Direct shoppers to displays, assess their needs, and suggest products that fit to help lower their energy costs. Collaborate with team members to meet monthly sales quotas and accurately document all transactions. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and submit paperwork completely. This role requires a high school diploma, six months of prior sales or retail experience, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Base pay ranges from $800 to $1,000 weekly with a first sale bonus, uncapped commission, and daily pay options.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
