Job Summary
Welcome customers and politely offer solutions for NRG electricity and gas services while engaging with consumers to lower their energy costs. Direct customers by escorting them to displays, assessing needs, and suggesting products that fit those needs. Collaborate with your team to accomplish sales goals, accurately document and report transactions, and maintain a clean, organized work station. Meet established monthly sales quotas and ensure all paperwork is submitted completely and accurately. This role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
