Job Summary
Welcome customers and politely offer solutions while engaging them about NRG electricity and gas services. Direct shoppers to displays, assess their needs, and suggest products to help lower community energy costs. Collaborate with team members to meet monthly sales quotas and accurately document all transactions. Maintain a clean, organized work station and submit paperwork completely. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support retail operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
