Job Summary
Welcome customers, offer assistance, and escort them to displays while assessing needs and suggesting products that fit. Engage consumers about electricity and gas services, helping them lower energy costs by uncovering desires and overcoming objections. Collaborate with the team to meet monthly sales quotas and accurately document, report, and track all sales activity. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and submit paperwork completely. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the retailer's goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
